Exercise is critical to staying healthy, and health is one of the pillars of happiness according to my Happiness Paradigm. Sometimes, though, we don’t have the time, energy or foresight to make it to the gym: to pack our bag, make the trek, or coordinate taking a specific class.

Just roll out your mat, throw on a video and you’re all set. No commute time, no schlepping any gear, no potential shortage of studio floor space… and your own shower just a minute away (if that’s a good thing, usually it is). Total game changer!
