Try Yoga at Home

0b634d8d-9ac6-4331-b4df-02e3bac04c35Exercise is critical to staying healthy, and health is one of the pillars of happiness according to my Happiness Paradigm.  Sometimes, though, we don’t have the time, energy or foresight to make it to the gym: to pack our bag, make the trek, or coordinate taking a specific class.

Enter at-home yoga: I love it!

Just roll out your mat, throw on a video and you’re all set.  No commute time, no schlepping any gear, no potential shortage of studio floor space… and your own shower just a minute away (if that’s a good thing, usually it is).  Total game changer!

Try it yourself: DoYogaWithMe has an amazing library of free video classes and is my go-to “digital studio”.  My favorite yoga instructor is Tracy Noseworthy.  Have fun!

In this photo: “The Combo Mat” 3.5mm in “Uluwatu” from the Yoga Design Lab.  Note: it’s a mat-and-towel-in-one, which means it’s ideal if you get sweaty hands and feet when you do yoga, not ideal if you don’t.  So, I actually had to swap this mat out for another, but it’s still gorgeous!
